Vertical Surge Tank

Vertical-surge-tank

Al Shirawi standard well testing Surge Tank is a H2S service pressurized vessel designed for various volumes (50 – 100 BBL) with either single compartment or twin compartment. Another advantage of Al Shirawi designed Surge Tank is that the design allows for an option of having a 2” steam heating coil with inlet/outlet.

The package is designed to offshore lifting standard DNV2.7-1 and CSC approved skid with crash frame for ease of rapid transportation to offshore or onshore worksites globally on container vessels.

Compliance:
Vessel : ASME Sec VIII , Div 1/ANSI B31.3, NACE MR0175, CE-PED ,NORSOK
Structure: DNV2.7 -1/EN-12079/CSC 1496

Steam Heat Exchanger/Indirect Water Bath Heater

Al Shirawi designed & developed various types of Steam Heat Exchangers and Water Bath Heaters for various pressure and temperature ratings.

Structure : The standard 20 ft skid frame is designed to meet DNV2.7 -1 and CSC

Gauge Tanks

The atmospheric gauge tank is part of the standard equipment for well testing, it is used to measure low flow rates or to calibrate metering devices on the separate oil lines in a testing system. The tanks can also be used for temporarily storing oil. And hence can also be called temporary oil tanks. These tanks are skid mounted units or trailer mounted test units, have two compartments. As a transfer pump empties one compartment, the other starts getting filled.
